Position Summary: Perform routine tasks required to administer human resource programs including but not limited to benefits, talent acquisition and other administrative duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop job descriptions and post job openings across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Conduct new hire orientations to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and answer related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Educate employees on policy changes and enforce adherence.
  • Support managers in performance evaluation processes. Sending reminder and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with Management of Change (MOC) processing in SharePoint.
  • Pick up and drop off mail from the post office daily.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including deliveries, and mail.
  • File and retrieve company documents, records, and reports.
  • Greet visitors in a professional friendly manner and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals when occupying the reception area.
  • Assist visitors with receiving a visitor badge and notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Perform general and administrative office duties such as ordering and stocking supplies for the Company.
  • Answer and direct calls in a polite and friendly manner; take down messages as needed and route to the appropriate person.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Coordinates the Document Management Process for MOC.
  • Assist with the completion of specially assigned projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in business preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, and prioritize tasks, and interacting with all levels of the company staff and external contacts.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High degree of attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screen.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

    Must be able to:

  • Push, pull and lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
  • Stand, sit, walk, reach and bend as required.
  • Sit at a desk and operate a computer for an entire shift.
  • Wear safety gear and required PPE.
